Wednesday of week 9: Belly Fat Cure

I just found this great free app to put on my Motorola Droid phone. It's called Calorie Counter. You can look up all kinds of foods from the store and resturants also. You can even do a full view of the nutritional facts. Great for when you're out. There is also a website Called Nutrition Data that does the same thing. http://www.nutritiondata.com/

I've noticed that alot of people keep asking on the Facebook fanpages about vitamins. Should I take them when I'm on the Belly Fat Cure? What kinds of vitamins should I take? This is what I think..... I think you should take whatever kind of vitamins you would normally take. I don't see how it would interfere with the BFC. It's just a supplement to make you feel healthier and better. But I was taking Ester C that I stopped taking. I noticed on the label it had 5 grams of sugar. I'd rather save that sugar for my dark chocolate snack.

I am very happy to say that my weight has not changed today from the past few days. It hasn't gone back up - so that's great.

My thought for today: Get a Droid... It is awesome. :)

Keep on BFC ' n : )

  1. I was reading the labels on my vitamens, and it contains sucralose (Splenda). Since I'm trying to cut that out, I quit taking them. Haven't had a chance to look for a new kind yet. Who would have thought your vitamen would contain fake sugar?

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
