Wednesday of week 8: Belly Fat Cure

Hello,

I have been reading alot of comments on the Facebook fan pages about the actual weight loss. Alot of people said that it will take 6 wks - 2mths for your body to adjust and start seeing better results. That makes total sense to me, because alot of people see how some are doing so great and they are not. So I think they might give up to easily. NOT ME!! I am not giving up! I have lost 17lbs and am very happy about that. So now its time to kick in - so lets go - I'm waiting.

I made a new friend Debbie on facebook. We are both trying to see which one of us will get to 150lbs first. Join us - come on.

I feel so great - healthy. I can't say that enough. I walk with my 2 dogs every day between 1.25 - 2.5 miles fast. My favorite time of the day.

A few people suggested to weigh-in every day and then average for the week. They say it will make less anxiety of the waiting. I agree.

This is my beautiful daughter who left the greatest comment the other day on here.

So here's my thought for today: Don't give up and wait 2 months for it to kick in. Know that you feel and look great.!!

Keep on BFC ' n  : )

  1. I am glad I found your blog. I am not getting discouraged per se, because like you, I feel great but the weight is not coming off as fast as I would like it too. I will just hang in there and see what happens.
    Thanks for your postings.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
