Well, I really feel much healthier by eliminating all the bad sugar and junk food from my diet even if I am not seeing any more weight coming off right now.
I've gone on JorgeCruise fan page on Facebook many times, & I never seem to get a response. It seems like the only people that get replies are the ones that are doing well on the Belly Fat Cure.
I know there are lots of people that are having the same results as me.... great in the first couple of weeks and then nothing. That's why I chose not to do the 6 week plan for women over 40. I did the 7 day over 40 and nothing. So I didn't want to spend money for the same thing I got free and didn't work. So................
I would like to offer support to any of those people.
Now I have a problem: My husband & I are supposed to go out for happy hour tonight. I don't really want to go because of the temptations. I haven't eaten out since I started this Belly Fat Cure. It's hard for me to even go in the grocery store for too long. I see stuff and smell stuff URGH!
Now I continue to write this blog for you to offer Support, Weight loss tips, and Healthy Recipes.

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

To be honest with you these menus are a joke. They have the same thing repeated twice.No one will eat that way for long. No one.
ReplyDeleteI eat way more healthy than these menus anyway- I don't eat meat, I eat low fat, no sugar and still don't lose weight- so why should I pay all this money for a bad heart bad diet? I am going to ask for my money back.
I bought the fat belly cure and it has more helpful information than these menus do.

ReplyDeleteHi Rosalie. I saw your post on FB and checked your link. I am actually impressed with your loss for the first two weeks. I've had trouble wanting to eat more than on the menu. I signed up for the over 40 plan. I'm concerned I've messed up. (financially). Struggled during my first week and no results yet. Didn't eat sugar but I'm concerned maybe too much fat.
