Berry Cheesecake Desert

She always posts tons of great ideas and recipes that we can apply to the BFC. She made hers for 2 people but I was afraid I might eat the whole thing so I made it for just 1 serving.
Ingredients and directions:
- I used about 2 tbs of almond flour with some melted butter or coconut oil for the base, mixed together and put in the bottom of a small bowl. add in a spoon of chia seeds if you want.
- 2 oz of cream cheese with 1/4 scoop of strawberry protein powder - I just so happened to have strawberry but vanilla would work too, warmed up the cream cheese in the micro for 15 sec, mix with the protein powder and put it on top of the crust,.
- I took a few fresh berries, smushed them a little and warmed up a little (or cold) and put on top - juice and all
- put in the fridge for as long as I could wait - I ate it with rediwhip on top and OMG!!!!!!
