Too Tired and Too much FUN..

Hello Friends,

Wow yesterday was a long fun day and night.

My breakfast yesterday was 2 pumpkin pancakes left over from the day before, one with natures hollow preserves and the other with my homemade chocolate hazelnut butter, avocado, turkey bacon and berries.
 Lunch I put in a pot; 1/4 c of quinoa, 1/2 c riced cauliflower, a little onion, mushroom, asparagus cut up, garlic, and boiled it in aver a cup of water for 20 min. Then added a tbsp of butter and cream cheese and a handful of shredded parmesan cheese. So good.

 Hubby had to work the day shift and left early and I met him in Pasadena at his moms where he left his car and we drove together to the Staples Center.

This was outside of the Staples Center and I listen to this station all the time.

This is Hubby's Back Stage pass. Look at the picture Nicole used. LOL
 
Big crowd of Monsters coming in. I packed a PB&J of my healthy bread and homemade peanut butter and put it in my purse and at it while I waited for Hubby to come back from visiting Nicole backstage. We did not get to meet GAGA - darn.

 Nicole looking straight at us - we thought and we were waving our arms around like stupid crazy people yelling NICOLE!! But she's a pro and never moved. LOL

After the concert we met Nicole, her boyfriend and his sister and friend, Nicole's friends and Lisa my sister was there too. We all went across  the street tot eh Yard house and had some snacks. I ate some fried calamari - IDK a handful I guess.

We left very late and had to go back to Pasadena to get hubby's car from his moms remember? By the time we got home and in bed it was 2:30 in the morning. HOLY MOLY!! We have not done that in like 20 years.

When we finally got out of bed around 7 am, we both said we just laid there and could not s eep AT-ALL!! And hubby said he was starving and felt like his stomach was eating itself. Ha-ha So I got up and made us breakfast and much needed Coffee.
 I put his coffee in the skull cup - thought it was appropriate.

At 11 am we had a appointment with a New Broker so I could hang my Real Estate license with their office. Now tomorrow I can go join the board of realtors and start doing some deals - I hope.

On the was home we stopped at Islands around 1pm and I had a half cesar chicken salad and a few of hubby's fries.
We had the BEST time last night Watching Nicole perform with GAGA and I can't say enough how AWESOME and Fabulous she was. We are so very proud and Love her so much!! :-)

  1. Sounds amazing! What a cool job! The blonde eyebrows are a strange request. Maybe she thinks it makes their eyes look bigger or something like that. I'm sure nothing Gaga does is not without an artistic reason. Glad you enjoyed yourself!!! XO

  2. You look great. Glad you had fun! Nicole is a beautiful lady. I'm sure the dancing gig is a lot of work behind the scenes but fun to earn a living doing something you love to do.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
