Good Morning Friends,
Well yesterday was a real nice day weather wise but I was bored out of my mind and lonely I guess. I have suggested many times about a BFC support group here and on FaceBook. Kerry yesterday suggested a software that you can download either on your computer or smart phone and we can do a video conference with up to 12 people for free.
I'd like to do this today at 3 O'Clock california time. So download the software and be online at 3 today and I will pick the first 11 people. Or you can message me to make sure you get in.

My lunch yesterday was a smart and delicious wheat tortilla w/pasta sauce, cheese, turkey pepperoni and jalapenos then folded in half. So spicy and good!
Snack after was a chocolate cheesecake muffin w/natures hollow on top.
I started another tray of Chocolate-almond-protein bites then me and the 3 furry girls went for an over 2 mile walk, came back and finished them. Of course when I was cutting them to put them away - there is always a lonely one left in the corner just begging to be eaten. LOL
Dinner was steak, a few brussel sprouts and a bit of broccoli.
Desert was 2 more protein bites and some RediWhip in a bowl.
I think I have been eating enough lately, but I woke up this morning and my weight was back down to 145.5 I don't ever want it to go below 145, I don't want to look to skinny cause I am 5'7".
Well anyway my delicious breakfast was the other 3 pumpkin pancakes. I really LOVE the Raspberry flavor of the natures hollow - so good.
Well that's it for today. I hope to see you online later today. If not - then YOU'RE FIRED!! LOL
Have a great day This is PurpleRosy signing off...
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.

I would love to join the video conference but am busy this afternoon and out of town next week. I will try and join in two weeks. I think it's time to make some of those protein bites, yum! The pumpkin muffins are very popular here, everyone loves them! No flour and no sugar, it's amazing.
ReplyDeleteI hope the BFC conference call went well! I just had a chance to read your post so missed it this time :-( I love the Natures Hollow Raspberry syrup also and sometimes drizzle it over plain Greek yogurt with a couple fresh raspberries - delish!
ReplyDeleteI have had good success using Google+ for video conferencing although I think 12 people is the max you can have at once.
ReplyDeleteI am new to BFC, and new to my community so I would love some support system online. If I can help facilitate a group conference in some way, just let me know.
And thank you for your blog, it helps.
