My lowest so Far...

Good Morning,

As you probably guessed I did not get any sleep last night either. Olive is doing better - but guess what??
I met that guy this morning with the used crate and bought it for her. I disinfected it and as you can see she was curious. I am gonna put that in my room with a blanky in it for her to sleep in at night and maybe with the knowing that I don't have to keep 1 eye open all the time at night - I will be able to sleep tonight.

All of you that k now me a little know that I am a real animal lover. So that recommendation that I actually get rid one of MY DOGS to make room for Olive is absolutely absurd!!! There is no way in you-know-what that will ever happen. EVER!

I want you to know that I do not blame her for this situation. I am not mean to her and treat her the same way as my other 2 dogs. She is adjusting and I think way happier than she was with Nicole. She has 2 dogs to play with and keep her company, a big yard to play in and a house and not a 1 room apartment, and she gets to act like a dog and not like a human child.

Both her and my sister got little dogs while they lived in a apartments and worked a lot and I just think that is very selfish on their part and just mean for the dogs.

I had a talk with Hubby and told him how frustrated I am and I will try not to be mad at him because of this any more, but she is going in the crate at night and there is nothing wrong with that. It is not a punishment. He understands and agrees with me.
My breakfast this morning was the other 3 pancakes I made yesterday and they were just as good the second day.

I am going to hang out with Maria today. Maybe lunch and a movie - what ever she wants.

My weight has been slowly going down all week a tiny bit at a time. This morning I was 147.5 I thought when you don't sleep well it made you gain weight. I get why cause you are up and then you all of a sudden think you are hungry. I tried to just ignore it and watch TV in the middle of the night until I got tired.

Well that's my lowest weight so far to date. So I guess that means I can eat popcorn today if we go to the movies and not feel guilty. No butter of course.

My leather sofa and leather chair got bought yesterday - so all the big stuff is gone before we move. WHEW. Where's that button - That was Easy!

Well I'm gonna get ready to go, so I hope you all have a great weekend.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
