Its a new week...

Good Morning Friends,

Boy - I haven't posted in 5 whole days!! That is not like me and I am sorry about that. Hubby has been off work for several days and her has been a lot of running around. He's working day shift M-Th this week so - I have time to do stuff I want for 4 days.

Do you remember that "H" thing I was talking about?? Well I've been ordered by hubby not to talk about it. He doesn't want anyone to know. I don't know why he is like that?? So for my regular PEEPS - you should know what I'm talking about.

It's only been 1 week since we decided and it's over already. Boy I had to drag him kicking and screaming, but once we got there - it was awesome. Once I am given the go ahead I will post details and pics. or you can just call me. LOL

For anyone that lives neat me I am selling several furniture items if you know someone who wants a great deal, call me.

I made a muffin with Almond flour. A lot of people asked if you could so I did and it was awesome.

Yesterday Hubby and I went to pick up aria from church at 2pm and took her over to his moms for a small family Easter dinner. I always eat BFC good no matter where I am and make sure to always have snacks in my purse of nuts and 86% chocolate squares in baggies. Recently I have been carrying those Think Thin Bites in my purse too. They are 1/2 the size of the regular ones and have only 100 calories and 0/1.

Well that's all for now I have a bunch of stuff to do. I hope you all have a great day and week. Its a new week with a new start for us all.

  1. Hello Rosalie! I am trying to catch up on the blogs. Last week my brother was away so I had the whole week to catch up on my own stuff. Of course my boys were home and there was so much cooking, washing, and such. I'm exhausted today and have to go to my brothers later as well as Tuesday and Wednesday. Hope you are doing okay.   3. Good Luck with the H thing! My hubby is the same way. He thinks I talk too much and doesn't like me to share personal stuff, but I'm the type that always over-shares! :) Hey, we girls like to spill what's on our mind! Did you post your furniture on Craigslist or someplace like it? We put a car on Craigslist and got like 5 calls in 10 mins, but I let my husband handle it because I didn't feel comfortable with strangers coming over.

  5. I agree with Carey. Put all that stuff on Craigslist. That is what we do do and have sold many items AND found tenants for our rentals that way. It's also completely free! Looks like you'll have some busy months ahead of you.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
