I know many of you tried to comment yesterday but could not after I made the changes. After much hard work and research, I found out that the comment section in the HTML code got corrupted. There is one site that I refer to a lot when it comes to my blog. its called:
http://www.bloggersentral.com/
I learned how to go into the HTML code and fix the problem on their site. They are awesome - that's all I can say. I did not have that problem when I changed the Nutritional Earth blog; see here: http://nutritionalearth.blogspot.com/ I could use some more followers on there. That would be great if you would.
Here's what I ate yesterday:
OK so who's bright idea was it to put the Nature's Hollow or Josephs sugar free syrup in the Muffin??
Cause it is MUCH Better that way so thanks...
Lunch;
Spinach salad and a sandwich made with some of Dawns Chicken that I made the night before, and pepper jack cheese and mustard .
We went for our 2.5 mile walk like we do every day. It was a beautiful over 80 degree weather day.
Dinner last night was some brussel sprouts, broccoli, and buffallo wings.
Desert;
My tummy was so happy after I ate this. I made this minute muffin (well actually 2 min) with 1 egg, 1 tb coconut flr, baking powder, maple extract, cocoa powder, 1 truvia, a bit of unsweetened almond milk and Natures Hollow sugar free syrup, a little butter and a handful of sugar free chocolate chips. And of course a bit of RediWhip on top.
SO GOOD!! Tasted like a real mini chocolate cake and dense or dry at all.
Well I have to go now cause I have stuff to do today. Who knows? Maybe a movie later or tomorrow.
Thanks for listening and I hope you all have a great weekend.
This is PurpleRosy signing off...

I love pepper jack cheese, had it on my eggs this morning. Will have to try the readiwhip on the minute muffin. I've been putting cream cheese sweetened with a couple drops of sweetleaf vanilla on them.
ReplyDeleteOkay, I love the chocolate coconut 2 min muffin!!!!!! Of course I went to Sprouts to get the NH syrup and they were out! Grrr! I used the NH honey I have and it was still good. Since I don't have SF choco chips, I used 16 Ghiradelli Semi Sweet choco chips........Yum and an S/C of 4.5/1. Tastes just like chocolate cake! Thanks for playing around with the recipe and coming up with pure yumminess :)

Just wanted to tell you that I like your new blog format. It's very attractive! I've been a follower for a year now. I'm sorry about the problems you are going through. I will keep you in my prayers. I don't know what you are facing, but from experience, it helps to dwell on what you DO have to be thankful for. Remember you are never alone, even though it may feel that way. God has promised to never leave you or forsake you.
ReplyDeleteYum, yum! That chicken sandwich sure sounds tasty! Next time I have extra I think I need to make one. ;)
ReplyDeleteI see you are eating more sandwiches for lunch. They look yummy. Hope you are doing ok. I'm so busy over here, but trying to keep up and stay in touch. Sending you love and hugs as always!
