Boy - If I could Just Remember...

Good Morning Friends,

I hope everyone is having a nice weekend. Today is kind of gloomy here, but a good day to get stuff done around the house - laundry, computer work, clean (yeah right). It is after 10 am and I have already been up and down the stairs at least 7 times. I kept forgetting something. And - Oh yeah - I always run the stairs - not walk. I love doing that now that I have lost so much weight. Its fun and faster.

Here's my meals the past 2 days;
breakfast friday;  3/1
Flax muffin, berries, turkey bacon.
breakfast saturday;  3/1
2 almond-flax pancakes w/butter and natures hollow, 1 egg, turkey bacon, berries.
lunch friday;  3/1
cauliflower crust pizza w/pesto sauce, shredded and ricota cheese, turkey pepperoni and jalapenos.
dinner friday;  2/0
spinach salad and turkey medallions and some Kimchee..

lunch saturday;  0/1
turkey lunchmeat w/a cheese in the middle and then we went to the movies and I had popcorn.

Hubby and I went to meet Maria and Lisa at the movies at the Santa Anita Mall. We saw The Vow. Maria and Lisa were surprised that Hubby would go see that one, but he said he liked it. I'm not sure if he was being serious or not.

Before we left I searched all over the house for like an hour for hubby's credit card. I hold on to it cause he is like 2 and will just keep buying stuff. I hid it so he wouldn't find it - and you know cause of my Middle-Heimers LOL - I actually hid it from myself.

So after the movies we came home and we both tried to find it again and FINALLY found it and we laughed. I told him it was his fault cause if he was not 2 that would not happen. HAHA

Then we went to Best Buy cause he wanted a new laptop, after a long time then we went to Home Town Buffet for dinner on the way home. I really feel like I ate too much.
I had chicken but removed the skin, green beans, a small pc of fish and steak, and a little spinach salad.

Came home had a cup of candy cane lane tea, some RediWhip and a lemon cookie. I just don't know what was wrong with me??

I am so grateful and happy that I found the Belly Fat Cure. Without it I don't know where I would be right now. I know some of you are having a bit of a problem. Dawn made a post yesterday about getting back to the basics and that she is starting to count calories also.

This might be a great idea for some of us that are having a hard time getting over that hump. I don't actually count my calories but I do watch them. I try to make the best choices in my food weighing the calorie count also.

Whatever plan you are on; the BFC - WW - or whatever, you are all welcome here to share your ideas, recipes and support for each other.

Well - thanks for listening to me today. Lots of love to you all.

Don't forget to visit and follow and support my list of blogs below, and if you could like the Nutritional Earth facebook page and follow the blog (links above by the Reslina bottle) I would greatly appreciate it.

This is PurpleRosy signing off...

My thought for the day:

Open Hearts

If we learn to open our hearts, anyone, including the people who drive us crazy, can be our teacher.

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

  1. So funny about hubby's credit card....because that's something I would do. My husband is pretty frugal so he doesn't shop a lot, but I DO lose stuff frequently! I want to see that movie. My hubby always watches Chic Flicks with me and then I go to bed and he watches his Bad Guy movies. It seems to be a win-win situation. The sun keeps moving in and out down here at the beach and I just went for a nice long walk! Hope you get a lot done today :)

  2. I've been curious about the Belly Fat Cure for awhile now and I finally decided to give it a go a few days ago. I've come across your blog before, but never commented!

I just wanted to say that you're a very inspiring person and thank you for the recipes. So far I've tried the flax muffin and the chicken pesto pizza. They were both very delicious. I almost went back for seconds!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
