I know everyone has been real busy this week with the holidays here. I hope everyone is trying as hard as they can to continue to eat BFC friendly foods. And don't forget to take the time to have a nice cup of tea in the evening and relax.

This morning's breakfast |
So we get there and there's a mile long line and I saw a sign that said Valet parking $6. I said lets do that or we will never get in there. Good idea!!
Anyways, we walked around ate lunch. I had a chicken salad at this artisan bread sandwich and salad place. it was very good. The dressing was a spicy cesar dressing. I ate 1 triangle piece of the artisan bread. I am not really sure of the s/c so I only had the 1 small piece. I would have never done that while I was losing weight BTW.
By the time I got home last night I was so tired and kind of light headed and nauseous from being in the car so long. 45 min to get to their house, maybe 25 min to get to the mall, and 25 min to get back to their house, then at least over 1.5 hours for me to get home in the California traffic.
I made a bowl of food real quick for my dinner: meatballs, broccoli, baby spinach, mushrooms cut up, and some Alfredo sauce on top. Then for desert I had 2 gingerbread cookies (on the recipe tab under cookies) with some RediWhip and some candy cane lane tea. What a great day to finish the day.
I have been crocheting some more. Here's 1 more I finished for Maria;
Have a great day everyone. Thanks for listening. Lots of love to all.
This is PurpleRosy singing off...
My thought for the day:
Be Yourself
Be yourself. An original is always worth more than a copy.
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Every morning that I work out I eat oatmeal, eggs, toast, sausage for breakfast to get my day started. Sometimes I eat fish and grits in the morning to help me put on lean muscle mass which is great. I really understand how important it is the eat a balanced diet and workout to lose belly fat.
ReplyDeleteRosalie I love the scarves you've been crocheting...you are very talented. I'm happy to say that this week I lost 1 pound...and that's without going to the gym. Thanks for all you wonderfull ideas!

ReplyDeleteI've been crocheting too-isn't it so relaxing. I've been making little flowers for hair bows. I like that you added them to the scarf, cute.
