Year 2, Monday starting wk 5 on the Belly Fat Cure

Good Morning to all,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Hubby and I just saw a bunch of movies along with the shopping at Kohls. The 2 movies that stuck out the most is: Unknown with Liam Neison and Just Go With It with Adam Sandler and Jennifer Anniston, Those were both very good.

My weight this morning was: 158.5, but yesterday it was 157.5. Then we went to the movies and of course I ate popcorn, but I didn't eat lunch - I just ate 2 pieces of turkey with a piece of string cheese inside wrapped up.

OK this is gonna be TMI but I probably would have been the same weight today but I am having problems going #2 this morning. Maybe after I have 1 more cup of coffee then I'll be fine.

So yesterday I ate:
breakfast; a smart and delicious wheat tortilla w/ cheese, 1 hard boiled egg cut up inside and 2 turkey sausage patties cut up inside and folded in half like a quesadilla. w/ coffee w/truvia, clear benefiber, powdered cream, cinnamon, and all my vitamins and reslina.
Lunch; 2 turkey lunchmeat w/ a srting cheese, then the popcorn at the movies.
dinner; I made a pouch of tin foil in the oven w/ tillapia fish and 6 asparagus and 1/2 zuchinni sliced with a little bit of lemon juice and butter and salt and pepper. after rediwhip w/6 blackberries on top.

I found this chocolate decaf tea at Cost Plus World Market that is very good and I had some w/ a truvia later in the evening. Tastes good.

The other day Anju left a comment on the about me page. She was saying she got the Belly Fat Cure book on e-book and she says she can't read some stuff too well - the print was too small and wants to know if someone has it on PDF. So let us know and I will try to get her email. Or Anju you will probably have to just buy the book.

We do have a few new people that joined us in our weight loss goals.

  4. A new Chocolate Tea, and decaf too! Ill have to look for it next time I am there. I find it really hard to find them in decaf and love to have them at night.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
