Sunday of week 29: The Belly Fat Cure

So I didn't have the cauliflower pizza last night for dinner. After my walk with my dogs, I went again by my self (total of 2.19 miles) and by the time I was done it was too late to fix. So I had a hamburger patty with some hot sauce and sugar free catsup on top and a spinach salad with feta cheese and bacon bits.

This morning for breakfast I had 2 eggs and a pita bread with cream cheese and Natures Hollow-preserves on top, and of course all my vitamins and barleans and 2 cups of coffee w/purevia and cinnamon and half and half.

And you guessed it...I fixed the cauliflower pizza for lunch. I put pepperoni and fresh mushrooms on top. It was so very good, but my stomach has been gurgling real bad with gas ever since. I'm not sure why. But it was good. Here is a picture. I started eating it and stopped to take a picture so you could see what it looks like.

I am really loving the shape-ups. I'm getting used to the rocking. I really feel it in my butt and thighs which is what I have left to lose. 

I really hate to exercise, but I love to walk very fast. I used to have a tread mill but it broke about a year ago and they are very expensive. I like to walk outside better anyways.

I lost all my back fat now. My stomach and hips look great, but I guess the last 32 lbs is in my thighs. 

Just FYI, I have lost around 10 inches off my waist and 10 inches off my hips so far. I didn't measure before I started but I did about a few weeks in.
Waist before: 42 1/2" now: 33"
Hips  before: 52"       now: 42"
My thighs are slowly starting to melt all the cellulite and look much, much better.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
