Friday of week 22: The Belly Fat Cure

I know I've said this before but, I can't believe that I am still loosing. I wake up every morning and think the loss will stop. This morning I thought that I would have gained back some weight that I loss this week, but I was still 192.5 lbs this morning. That makes me very happy.

Got done eating breakfast a little while ago. I changed it up the morning and had 1 hard boiled egg with a pita pizza made with seeds of change pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese.

I plan to keep packing more stuff today. This is an every day job until we move on the 1rst.

I don't seem to struggle with temptations as much as I did in the 1rst few months. I am really digging Redi Whip in the can. It is sugar free and even comes in chocolate. When ever I need a sugar fix, I just squirt some in my mouth. YUM!

I have not had too much of a problem with constipation any more. I have been using

I use the clear metamucil in my morning coffee, and the super seed between lunch and dinner. Problem solved for now.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
