Tuesday of week 13: Belly Fat Cure

I think I've got to be out of my ever lovin mind!! I just got back from a walk with my 2 dogs. But WAIT - IT'S RAINING!!
So I'm sitting here doing stuff on my computer.I'm sitting at the counter in the kitchen. & the dogs are taking turns putting their front paws on my lap. I keep telling them, We can't - it's raining outside.
If they were kids - they would be pulling on my pant leg saying, MOM - MOM - MOM - MOM - MOM. Look it's not raining outside - it's not really, look. See I told you - It stopped, look. So I finally looked and it appeared to have stopped. So I said fine we will just go around the corner to the mailbox. ( I always talk to my dogs. Don't you?) The whole time it felt like someone was spraying a water bottle in my face. LOL!! Well they got their way - and it was only alittle water.
I have been trying to track my weight loss. Around the 10th week I got a new scale and then I weighed 8lbs more than my old one. I know I have lost 30lbs so far (it stills shows that on my old one) - but somewhere along the way I messed up with the calculations.
So my current weight is 208lbs on my new scale.

My thought for today: I'm going to stand strong! I will not fail at this!!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
