Dubliner Artichoke Dip
12 oz. artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayo
1 small clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp grated onion
2 cups Dubliner cheese grated (I bought the brand Kerrygold 7oz. pkg)
Combine all ingredients and spoon the mixture into an 8 inch baking dish.
Bake for 30 min at 300 degrees. Serve with BFC approved crackers, pita bread or celery.

Clam Dip:
1 8 oz package cream cheese (room temp)
1 small can (6.5oz) Minced Clams, drained
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Bake for 30 min at 300 degrees. Serve with BFC approved crackers, pita bread or celery.

1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tea. pepper
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Mix till smooth, all ingredients except clams. After it's all smooth, add clams, stir. Refrigerate covered.
Great with veggies like cut up cucumbers,celery, broccoli and raw cauliflower.
