Cheesy No-Carb Pizza

This Pizza was very tasty and cheesy. If you are lactose intolerant - Look Away!! I cut the pizza into 6 pieces and ate 2 - but seriously could have ate more. It was Good.
Crust Ingredients:

1- 8 oz. package of cream cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 tsp of garlic powder
a little Italian spices


Preheat oven to 350
Put the cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for 40 seconds to soften.
mix with the other ingredients.

Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper (its easier) or use butter or coconut oil spray in the pan

Pour into the pan and bake 15-20 minutes or until browned a bit.

Take out of oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes or so. I slid the crust out of the pan and put it onto a cookie sheet here.
add your toppings of choice.
I used some Monte Benne pasta sauce I got at sprouts and turkey pepperoni and cheese.

Change oven temp to 400 and bake for 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
