Monday Starting week 35: The Belly Fat Cure.

Good Day to everyone!!

I am very happy to say that this morning I am down to 175 lbs. Thats a total of 63 so far. I am so happy that I have all of you to share this with. That I am not alone. And if there is anything that I can do to help anyone to feel the way that I do by writing this, I am here for you all.

I am very happy to welcome a new friend, Darlene to our little group. She left me a message on the About Me page. She has gone from 225 lbs to 165 so far and would like to loose 25 more. Please support and friend her  also. CAN WE GIVE HER A BIG WHOOP! WHOOP! For the 60 lb Loss.

So, I don't mean to always go on and on about how great I feel. Is there anything that any of you would like help with. We are all here for each other. Please post your questions or problem areas, and we will all do our best to help one another.

What is our new MOTO?  WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

No matter if your weight went down or up this past week, please don't get to wrapped up in the number. Just know how healthy we are by cutting out all that nasty sugar.

  2. I lost .8 lbs this week, and am happy with that. Always wanting more, but will take it. Started putting 1 tsp. benefiber in my big glass of tea that I drink each time to get the fiber up. I saw someone else do that, and I know that I don't get enough fiber. could be a link to my not losing religiously. Great job Rosalie on your weight loss. Again, you are on a high and it is catching.: )

  3. I gained 2 lbs this week because I had a bit of a depressing weekend, but am back full on today and hope to report a loss at the end of the week. :) Great job for all your hard work!!

    I've been bouncing around but sorta of the mindset that I'm happy under 150 when really I need to get serious about my goal of 133. Just so many unknowns going on in my life right now. The one known can be my food so I'd better make it so! Thanks for the support!

  5. Rosalie, Great job on your weight loss. I am still at 207 but I am okay with that...Aunt flo came to visit today and brought a few extra pounds I am sure. I am feeling great and my pants are falling off.

  6. I went from 192 to 190 this week. I haven't broken 190 yet, but I'm determined to accomplish that this week. I'm still hoping to reach 175 by the end of the year. You are awesome Rosalie. Sylvia

  7. I'm down 4 lbs. this week, putting me back to 145 lbs. Yippee!!!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
