Sunday of week 26: The Belly Fat Cure

Good morning to you all. I have been doing the BFC for 6 months now.  Every day is another surprise to me on the Belly Fat Cure. I think that when I wake up and weigh my self, that I will be back up again. Then to my surprise - I am continuously going down in weight. Even if it is just a 1/2 lb, that's great for me. Today I was 184.5. I am literaly crying tears of joy.

I want you to know that I am just a regular person like you. I never heard of Jorge Cruise. My hubby started a weird 30 day raw food diet with some of his co-workers at the Fire Dept he works at on January 1st. Then sometime in the middle of January, he saw something on TV with Jorge. He said "I have this book I want to buy for you". I was like, really? Well I'm not gonna promise you that I will even read it or even do it.

Well here I am 6 months later, 53.5 lbs down. Never been on a diet EVER! I want you to know that THIS IS FOR REAL! IT DOES WORK! I am proof. I am going to get down to my goal of 150 by the end of the year. If and when I succeed  at this I will have lost 88 lbs all by my self. Well - with the support of all of my BFC friends of course.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
