I am so lucky to have cyber-met all of you. This blog really keeps me and all of us focused and in the right direction. I started this for me in the beginning to stay accountable, but now I thought that I do this for all of you, but I really do it for all of us. If I didn't keep myself accountable - I am not sure what would happen.

I really appreciate all the nice things that you all say to me. Sometimes it brings tears to my eyes, because we have all bonded thru our experiences that we all share with each other every day.
I still have that problem though, when I look down at myself and I see fat. Weird HUH?? Mayra says I have BDD - Body Dismorphic Disorder. I think that's what it's called. I know I am not alone in this feeling. I think this is why some people want to keep losing and losing. Don't worry about me - I'm not gonna do that.
I was so big for so long that I guess I don't realize sometimes that I am not anymore. It's hard to get that thru my thick skull I guess. I am gonna work on that. I will try to REALLY look at me - when I look in the mirror - instead of just looking too fast.
I do try to be honest as I can so you all know I am a regular person. I'm not famous or I never paid for any classes, I never went to a gym. I never dieted before I started the Belly Fat Cure. NEVER!! I really got lucky that I found the BFC.

Sunday I ate:
breakfast; 2 eggs w/cheese, 1/2 avocado, left over broccoli and zuchinni, coffee, blah, blah, blah. S-2/C-1
lunch; I went to Chipotle and had a salad w/ lettuce, black beans, hot salsa, sour cream, cheese, guacamole. S-2/C-1
snack; veggie straws w/ little sour cream to dip, 2 squares of lindt 85%. S-4/C-1
dinner; meat balls, broccoli, brussel sprouts, alfredo sauce. and redi whip for desert. S-4/C-1
Kay: I do take 2 - Calcium w/vitamin D every morning with all my others.

I think that anyone who loses a significant amount of weight has trouble catching their brain up with the body. Eventually it should though, right? I don't want to feel fat forever! :). I know I'm not anymore , either, but it really does take time.
