Happy Valentines Day!!

Happy Valentines Day to All.

I hope that you all have a great day and don't eat too much candy.

Remember that we can eat the 85%dark chocolate.

Yesterday I tried to not eat that many carbs because of the night before and the great dinner we had. But I think it backfired. I am still back to 159. I found that for me, I need to eat at least 1 or 2 grain carbs a day. I think it keeps me regular or something.

So this morning I had 2 scrambled eggs w/ some chorizzo and cheese in it and a smart and delicious wheat tortilla, 8 blackberries, and coffee, blah, blah.

Today is also our anniversary of 17 years, and we have been together for over 20 years. Hubby has to work this week, day shift. So I got up at 5am I guess cause I heard him leave, got on the computer to take care of some business, took a shower and got dressed and went downstairs to make some coffee.

So I'm looking around to see if he left me a card or something, seeing that he had to work. I see nothing. I do the few dishes in the sink and start the coffee and take out stuff to cook for breakfast. Then I realize we need more eggs so I go out to the other fridge in the garage.

I look in my car - cause one time he left something in there, nothing. So I get the eggs and come back in to start fixing my food. I go around the counter to fill up the dogs bowls with water and it hit me in the face.
Duh!! it was right in front of me the whole time. Right in front of my face - and I didn't even see it.
It's not much but after 20 years I didn't even expect that.

Have a Love Filled Day!!

Keep on BFC 'n  :-)

Oh - by the way - The Reslina webpage is finally up!! Read all about this great product!!

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.

I hope this helps.
