Your not alone, am going through the same thing am 53. Wished we lived in the same state , we would be great friends we have a lot in common, and I love walking, walk 3 miles everyday here in Florida. We might meet some day who knows , my son just moved to California a few months ago, I miss him terribly, so thinking of visiting him next year, I hate plane rides and it's such a long flight from Florida , we will have to wait and see. Let me tell you about how you have helped me through my weight loss, I started at 175 lbs , am know 150 still have 10 more pounds to loose , and I would have never done it if it weren't bc I stumbled across your blog and decided to read the original bfc book. So am very great full and thank full , and please dnt ever stop your blog . Your advice when I went to Disney World was immensely help full. Thanks, thanks, thanks, love you Rosalie, your friend in Florida.
ReplyDeleteWow I am very proud of you. Great job - and don't worry those last few lbs will come off, just keep eating healthy.
