I hope you all had a nice Valentines day if you had a special person to share it with. I did but he was working all day.
My Valentine-Anniversary breakfast for myself yesterday was my healthy pancakes and berries. I made 2 more for Nicole cause she came and spent the night but she slept until 12 noon. Must be nice. Then she got ready and left. So I have 2 more for this morning.
But for now these are probably my FAVORITE!! |
As you can see its SORRY looking - oh well. I ate a little creamed spinach left over with it.
I just spent the afternoon watching shows I DVR'd then decided to go for a walk with my furry girls. It was such a beautiful day around 70-75. We walked 2 miles and for some reason when I got home around 5pm I felt terrible. My ET's were real bad. IDK, I think I ate enough in the day so I am not sure why.
I felt like a snack would help so I ate some berries, a pc of cheese and a few bites of some Clemmy's. I was trying to wait for hubby to come home. But he did not make it until 8:30. I told him to just pick up something. I did not want to go out. He brought some chicken strips and fried zucchini. I ate 1 pc of the chicken and some zucchini dipped in ranch and a small gall of wine with him. He's off on Sunday so we can do something then. My body really can't eat that late anymore cause I had gas and of course my weight was up this morning.
TMI - ALERT!!!
Remember a week ago I kept saying my tummy hurt? I should have started my monthly a week ago and My tummy hurt for about 5 days and I could feel my uterus swell like I was gonna get it - but nothing happened. My body is like Clockwork and NEVER skips. Now my tummy feels like it is back to normal. So this February at the age of 54 will be my first EVER time I have not had a period.
That's IT - I am officially getting old!!
My breakfast this morning was the other 2 pancakes with Nature's Hollow on top,1/2 avocado and berries.
I wish you all a great weekend. Do something just for yourself.
This is PurpleRosy signing off...
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

You missed a period, woot! Maybe you are going through the dreaded "change"! You will not miss those periods at all!!!
ReplyDeleteIf it gives you company, hubby and I did not do anything either. I still don't feel that good and he got the bug while he was out of town. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. We were planning to go see the Bruce Willis movie today, but I'm not sure either of us is up to it:(
Have a great weekend!
You are too funny...tmi alert...at least you warned us.
ReplyDeleteKeep us posted! Tell your hubby to get some rest
We didn't do anything either, just our normal hang out nightly routine. It's good, so no need to change it I guess. Have a good day
