Happy Weekend to you,
I guess I will start with what I ate yesterday and today.
My breakfast was a cheese omelet, toast with sunflower seed butter on 1 and coconut butter on the other and 2 strawberries.
Around 1pm we managed to sneak out and go see Man of Steel. What a great movie - we both loved it. I ate a few nuts from my purse in the car on the way (cause no lunch) ate popcorn there and 2 squares of 86% that I had in my purse too - and water of course.
I was too tired and could not walk with the girls cause of the no sleep for 2 nights. My dinner was a spinach salad and about 6 wings.
I think I actually got a bit of sleep last night because at 3:30 I got woken up by Hubby's alarm and he was not there, reached over to turn it off and bumped into Peaches. That little pumpkin snuck on the bed and was sleeping with me. LOL
Breakfast this morning was eggs with spinach and cheese, and 2 homemade corn tortillas with chia seeds inside.
I went over to Sams club and then Sprouts and stopped and Home goods to see if they had stuff for the new house. Of course they did - but have to go back with Hubby.
I came home and made a zucchini crust pizza and ate 2 creamcheese cookies after.
I ran to the local Target cause I still needed a few things that I can't get from the other 2 stores. This one up here is SO BIG and nice - I was pleasantly surprised.
I'm probably gonna have salad and chicken for dinner tonight too. My good ole stand by when I am alone.
So my tummy hurts - ARGH!! Will this ever end - I am 54 and a 1/2 for cryin out loud. SO......if you can't flush them in a septic tank - then what the H-e - dble-hockey sticks do I do with them????? Nasty - suggestions??
OK - gonna go now. The weather is Gorgeous over here. About 85 today I think.
But first - My gorgeous daughter in Michigan is gonna pop any time now. Chloe is in there waiting to come out.
Have a nice rest of the weekend. This is PurpleRosy signing off...
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Some tips if you are having trouble
- First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
- Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
- Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
- Make sure you drink lots of water.
- Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
- Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
- Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
- Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
I hope this helps.

Glad your friday went so so, I hear ya on the shopping excursion tiresome but necessary. I dont know how many times I have moved in the past year in a half Blah hate it. I dont have the stores you have in CA Maybe sam club but have to travel 35 miles to get to it. I find most of my food in a wegmans we have here its about 25 miles from me so I'm getting to hate to shop. food sounds delish still staying focused on things to eat.
