SPAM and not the kind you eat...

Hi Friends,

Wow I don't know what is happening to the blogs lately, but we are being SPAMED - BIG TIME!!

When you make a comment on this blog or other blogs, then you click the box that says notify me - you will then get in your email any other comments after yours so you can read them.

About a month ago or so I started getting a zillion (SPAM COMMENTS) in my email from all the blog posts that I clicked  "Notify me"

I was forced to go to each post and unclick that box. SADLY...

The past week some people have been posting Hundreds - and HUNDREDS of SPAM comments on EVERY single page of my blog Here!!

I try to catch them and categorize them as SPAM so they won't come back - but that is not working.

I apologize but I have been forced to eliminate the anonymous commenting and to moderate the comments because of that.

I Don't allow any SPAM commenting on here. That is not going to help anyone who comes here to get healthy.
I added a "Follow by email" link on the right side you can get notifications when I post.

Well anyway - My weight is great!! Work is fine - I guess. Last Friday I came home crying and was not sure I would go back. Hubby has been working a lot and is not home much lately, but he talked me off the ledge So-To-Speak... on the phone. Don't know what I would do without him.

Me and the furry kids walk every evening after work and my older neighbor lady and her little dog comes with us many but not all days.

The weather cooled off now and that is nice for the walks.

OH - and one more thing... I thought for sure the visitor would stay gone cause I had no monthly for 2 and 1/2 months and this morning - guess who came knocking again... GRRR!! I will be 56 in a few months - WTF!!!

OH well - have a nice day ALL... Eat Healthy and go walking every day...

  3. Rosalie, are you still keeping an eye out for other jobs? It wouldn't hurt for you to keep watching for something more while you keep on keeping on where you are at. It's stressful when you dread going to work each day, as I'm sure you know.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
