OK People - These are VERY GOOD and you MUST try them!!
Ingredients:1/4 cup blanched almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream (or pure sour cream, I used plain greek yogurt)
1 egg, cold
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated (I used Colby-Jack)
2 tbsp butter, softened
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Then add remaining ingredients and mix with a spoon until well blended.
I used my hands to form dough into biscuits
Place onto un-greased cookie sheet lined with parchment paper .
Space 2-3 inches a part.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Best served warm.
ENJOY!

These look good, Rosalie. I make mine using Gourmet Girl's recipe, sort of, you know how we all love to adapt things... But it uses more almond flour than I'd like. I'll give this recipe a go the next time around to compare.
