Wednesday 4-22

Well I finally figured out what has been wrong with me.  I've been feeling tired 😫 and just tired of working from home. 
I realized that I'm not having any separation between work and home because I'm here all the time. Oh well at least I still have a job for now!
 my breakfast yesterday morning was scrambled eggs with grilled onions, kale, little bit of salsa, cheese oh, and some turkey sausage.
 lunch I made myself cauliflower crust pizza because I'm at home and I can.
Beautiful weather over here. 
My dinner was fish and brussel sprouts.
 but this morning I made such a good muffin for my breakfast! Here's what was in it :
Keep in mind that I don't measure anything exactly.
1tbs ea. Coconut oil and peanut butter melt a little bit in the microwave then add in sum of each: then add.. 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, one egg, ome honey, stevia, cinnamon, some chia seeds and flax seeds and hemp seeds, chopped nuts, and sugar free chocolate chips. Place in a microwave safe small dish sprayed with coconut oil and microwave for about 2ish minutes.  
It was good
 I do love being able to walk around the neighborhood on my lunch break and when I get done working.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
