I wanted to talk about where my head was at when I started the Belly Fat Cure.
Remember I said that I always ate whatever I wanted all the time. So this was a bit difficult. I had to learn to eat only enough to satisfy me - not to the point of being full.
I had to feel like I was punishing myself for being big. I really had to be very hard on myself - which was not easy. I just sat and held my tummy at night and said:
"you are not allowed" "you can't have anything"
I just thought hose kind of thoughts like I was bad or something. To tell you the truth - that is what got me thru the hard first 2 months.
Then my body got used to eating like this and its just a way of life now.
If you can get thru those first 2 months like I did - then you will be home free.
BTW - I am down 85 1/2 lbs now. I am so close to the goal that I set for myself. I feel great!
I am not gonna be one of those people who set a goal and then reach it and then say "OK now I will see if I can get lower". I am very happy where I am and don't want to look super skinny. I am gonna stick with 150.
Yesterday I ate:
breakfast; 2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, 2 oasis bread w/cream cheese and nature's hollow preserves, and 8 blackberries, coffee w/benefiber, truvia, powdered cream, and cinnamon. As always all my vitamins and 2 Reslina made with Resveratrol and Spirulina.
lunch; I went to the movies and had popcorn and when I got home I had a spinach salad.
dinner; chicken breast, broccoli, 6 brussel sprouts. 2 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate and RediWhip.
Do what ever you need to do to be successful at this. Get in the right frame if mind.
Make sure to eat a healthy good breakfast.
Eat 3 times a day.
Never let yourself get hungry. (so snack if need be) nuts, cheese etc.
Drink lots of water. Even if you drink tea or something all day -
YOU STILL NEED TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER TOO!!!!!!
Thanks for listening. Lots of love to you. Please leave your comments.
