I really just love the Belly Fat Cure....

Hello BFC Listeners,

I hope everyone is ready to have a great day - no matter what obstacles are in your way.

I will start with what I ate:
Monday I ate:
breakfast; cherrios w/truvia and unsweetened chocolate almond breeze, 3 turkey bacon, 1 hard boiled egg, 8 blackberries.
lunch; salad at Red Robins, w/chicken a bit of cheese, black beans, avocado and ranchero ranch dressing on the side, and about 5 fries.
dinner; chicken cut up on a spinach salad w/feta cheese and balsalmic dressing, and 2 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate and RediWhip.

as always, Every Morning I have 2 cups of coffee w/truvia, Benefiber and cinnamon and I take all my vitamins, 2 probiotics and 2 Reslina (Resveratrol and Spirulina)

Tuesday I ate:
breakfast; 2 eggs w/cheese, 2 turkey bacon, 2 oasis bread w/butter and nature's hollow sugar free preserves on 1 and peanut butter on the other, 8 blackberries.
lunch; a smart and delicious wheat tortilla w, chicken breast, hummus for flavor, cheese, and baby spinach.
snack; a handful of Almonds.
dinner; meatballs w/broccoli and alfredo sauce, and 2 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate and RediWhip.

I really just love the Belly Fat Cure. I love that I don't have to do much to lose weight. I don't work out and I guess you might say I am kind of lazy in that way. I suppose if I wasn't and  actually exercised, I might lose 10 more pounds. Not that I feel I need to lose more. I am happy where I am.

I do walk fast every day with my 2 dogs bet. 1-3 miles and LOVE, Love that. It makes me very happy to get outside and walk with my 2 besties. I get some sun and no matter what my mood - I am always feeling better when I am done.

There are a lot of people making comments on the Facebook fan pages lately that are new. So I hope you find you way over here to our blogs - so we can help.

First of all - You do not need to eat every 3 hours like some think. You need to make sure that you eat 3 times a day and eat a good healthy breakfast. You need to get a good start to your day.

Snacks of a piece of cheese, nuts, a hard boiled egg, or some turkey lunch meat rolled up are great. You might need those snacks every day in the beginning, but as you progress on the Belly Fat Cure, you might not.

Yes you will be hungry in the beginning. When some people say that they are never hungry - I guess they either might not be doing it right, or they are already skinny. Cause I was hungry every evening until I woke up the next day for the first 2 months until I got used to eating this new healthy way.

    I need help, Im doing great with my 3 meals but I feel like I need something sweet mid afternoon while I'm at work. What can I possible eat or store at my desk or office fridge.

    Any suggestions..

    btw - this is my 1st week on BFC.

Some tips if you are having trouble

  • First make sure that you are staying under the 15/6. 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs for the whole day. Thats no more than 5 sugars and 2 servings of carbs per meal.
  • Track all of your sugar/carbs. Add everything from your meal together and count them that way.
  • Try to stop eating whole grain carbs after 3pm.
  • Make sure you drink lots of water.
  • Count everything that you put into your mouth. Even sauces - everything , check labels.
  • Make sure that you don't eat any artificial sugars. Check labels, if it says sugar free - look in the ingredients, look for....sucralose, aspartame, saccharine in the ingredients. Those are BAD!
  • Going #2 is a big problem when a lot of people start the BFC. I have solved that problem with Clear Benefiber in my morning coffee and a scoop of Super Seed w/water in the afternoon. (you can buy the super seed on Amazon.com it is the cheapest).
  • Choose your carbs wisely. Try to pick the carbs that will give you the lowest count of carbs, sugar and calories and the most fiber.
