Had a nice visit today...

Hi Everyone,

Well it did cool off a bit today - only about 90. LOL
My Breakfast yesterday was alpine toast with my homemade coconut and sunflower butters, avocado, eggs and berries.
For lunch I made a cauliflower crust pizza with hummus, cheese, tomato and turkey pepperonis and split it with hubby. But later he said he was starving and it wasn't enough food for him.
We went to run a few errands and I got home and made another batch of those Almond butter OMG cookies. So good. I made them a bit different this time which I posted on the link above. Of course I had to taste test one.
For dinner I ate a bowl of the turkey chili from the other day and hubby had a few bowls.
For desert I made Hubby and I both a Berry-cheesecake-desert. I love it but he still said it was not sweet enough for him. Oh well.
Our breakfast this morning was eggs with spinach and cheese, avocado and toast.
I got a chance to meet up with an old friend. Her uncle used to live in the house next to me over 20 years ago and she actually used to baby sit for my kids. Isn't she pretty? and thats Sugar her little baby.
We went to PF Changs for lunch and I ate some spicy shrimp with brown rice (only a little of it) and a small salad.
These 2 cute little guys are her sister's twin boys and they just wouldn't stay still for the picture. LOL

Later I got home and took my furry girls or a walk and then ate a spinach salad and the last bowl of turkey chili for dinner. And OK I ate 2 OMG cookies and some rediwhip for desert.

Still nothing on the Casa front yet. This whole thing is so stupid crazy I can't stand it. But I have a feeling that tomorrow will be OUR day. Maybe if we all hold hands over the internet and chant you can bring the good karma my way??

Have a great day.

This is PurpleRosy signing off...

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

  5. Hi Rosie,

Forgot to ask you why you dont use Truvia anymore? I am trying to cut back on the alcohol sugars since I do experience the "unpleasant" side effects. Thanks again!

    1. Truvia has Erythritol in it and such a small amount of stevia. The Sweetleaf brand of stevia is all I use now. flavored drops and packet for hubby to take to work and my purse.

    1. Yes I have seen that a while back. I think I would get hungry faster - but IDK. My hubby does it sometimes but not all day every day. I think it would be expensive.
