Monday starting week 22: The Belly Fat Cure

Well this morning I am down 1 lb from last week. I was down to 194 but went back up 1/2 lb. That's OK I'll take it. At least I'm not up from last week. So today I fit into another pair of shorts that was buried in my drawer. They are actually a little big. That really gets me excited.

By the way did you see my pictures below. WOW you can really see the difference!! I didn't realize it until I put them side by side.

Just ate my usual breakfast: smart and delicious wheat tortilla w/melted cheese in it folded in half, with 2 eggs, 2 cups of coffee w/truvia, cinnamon and half and half, and of course all my vitamins and a tbsp of Barleans (strawberry/banana).

Yesterday Sue asked what kind of sauce and pitas I use:  they are from the book.
Sara Lee wheat pitas and Seeds of change - romagna three cheese pasta sauce. Now that stuff is kind of expensive, like $5.50 s jar.  Health is not cheap.


Yesterday I went to see The Karate Kid movie. WOW! it was great. Thumbs up from me an I highly recommend it. I did eat popcorn there (but no lunch instead), maybe thats where the 1/2 lbs came from. Oh well.

  1. Hi Rosalie - I use a pasta sauce from Trader Joes that has 1gram sugar and is very cheap. I know Jorge recommends Seeds of Change, but if you really shop around I find you usually find a cheaper brand that is just as good! Keep up the great posts!
