Friday of week 17: The scale

I really can't seem to stop weighing myself. I do it at night before I go to bed, and in the morning when I wake up. I feel good when it goes down or even when it stays the same. As long as it does not go back up. 200.5 this morning by the way!!
I read that some people do it once a week or even not at all. I feel - That if I do it regularly, I will know right away when I mess up or not. I will know what is working for me if I try something different. Until I get down to my goal weight, I can be accountable for myself this way.
That's just my take on the subject.

Had a great lunch today. Whole wheat pita with canned chicken meat mixed with mayonnaise. I toasted the pita first then put the chicken on then topped with pepper jack cheese on top then toasted till the cheese melted.  Yum Yum Yummy.

  1. I use to be on south beach. I lost 50 lbs. since have gained it back. I weighed myself morning noon and night. I was addicted to the scales. It keep me going. when i saw i gained I was really strict the next day. I dont care what people say, weighing helps to control eating. good luck. I just started the fast track lost 5 lbs 1st week. eat all weekend and gained it back. have to get going again .
