I started doing this because my husband said we should buy the book, the Belly Fat Cure. At that time he was doing this crazy 28 day raw food cleanse. No meat or cooked food of any kind. I told him I would eat healthy but not that healthy.
So I started the BFC and at first it was hard to give up my carbs with dinner. In the book he recommends that you don't eat any carbs after 3 or 4pm. I have been only eating only meat or fish or chicken with veggies for dinner since I started. I didn't like it at first because I felt like I was going to bed each night hungry & waking up hungry each morning.
So far I've lost 13lbs & 3 1/2" off my waist. That sounds good right? But that was only in the first 2 weeks & then nothing. I haven't been doing anything different.
It's a little hard for me sometimes. I feel like I am sacrificing all that food that I love & not getting the results I expected. I have left several comments on the JorgeCruise fan page of Facebook & never get a response. So I am starting my own blog about my progress.
Don't get me wrong... I feel great with no sugar & eating healthier. I am not giving up. I walk briskly with my 2 dogs for at least 30-40 minutes every day and I love that part of my day. My pants feel looser. I am 51 & need to lose at least 65 more lbs.

ReplyDeleteI need to lose 50 pounds. I started the diet 10 days ago. I went down 3 pounds but gained 2 back in this time period. Any suggestions? You have done an awesome job and I will be following your blog. :)
