Just last week I was describing her and said that she's really tiny and got "smaller than you?"-- I still don't think of myself that way. I need to change that and be proud of who I am today!! Love your blog!!Hoozeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03537895462523525332noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6050428273619531323.post-75175719898354602382011-07-11T00:13:58.921-07:002011-07-11T00:13:58.921-07:00Rosalie, I have been reading your blog for awhile ...Rosalie, I have been reading your blog for awhile now, and want to tell you what an inspiration you are. I think we have all at times adapted a defense mechanism in self-perception. Don't be so hard on yourself...you are (and were) lovely inside and out, a sentiment obviously shared by your husband. Thank you for sharing, and be proud of what you have accomplished!Kathynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6050428273619531323.post-44476709766101990952011-07-10T16:17:07.897-07:002011-07-10T16:17:07.897-07:00Thank u....for always sharing from ur heart.....re...Thank u....for always sharing from ur heart.....refreshingMayrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05974678694776906116noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6050428273619531323.post-73291428051958349062011-07-09T20:40:03.906-07:002011-07-09T20:40:03.906-07:00I showed my husband the pic's and he said &quo...I showed my husband the pic's and he said "WoW!!" I guess when I was raising my 3 kids I always thought that later I would take care of myself and here I am 61 yrs old and still fighting to get this weight off.
WendyAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6050428273619531323.post-59689046023359950832011-07-09T19:56:02.052-07:002011-07-09T19:56:02.052-07:00when your pics came up on facebook i thought that ...when your pics came up on facebook i thought that you were pretty even back then. i'm glad you've lost weight because of your health and you look great. i don't think you'll gain it back because you haven't starved yourself and this plan is doable for life.Queenienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6050428273619531323.post-56095296157366565872011-07-09T19:55:13.548-07:002011-07-09T19:55:13.548-07:00I too can relate! It just doesn't feel like it sometimes because it's taken so long.

I want to apologize, as well. Being a 'newbie' blogger, I have responded to some of your comments on my blog in the comments on my blog. I realize now that you don't have a way (that I know of) to see those comments unless you re check the comments of that particular post. Silly me! Two comments in particular I wanted to mention- you asked if I would make a video of the oopsie cakes, but I didn't make them up, so that falls out of your video guidelines, and the other comment you had was about my weight goal. You wondered how tall I am, and thought my goal of 129 seemed small. I actually have a small body frame(if you measure my wrist), and I am 5'4". My weight range is 110-145 according to the BMI. 129 is halfway, which I thought was good considering I have muscles. I am more concerned with body fat percentages at this point, though, so I recognize that I don't have many more pounds to take off. Especially since muscle weighs more than fat. Sorry about the log post. :)Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06792676971597382540noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6050428273619531323.post-2683593384799815822011-07-09T19:21:51.513-07:002011-07-09T19:21:51.513-07:00I so relate Rosalie,. I guess we have a distorted view of ourselves and we don't see the real way we look. You look great now and that's al that matters. Don't look back only forward. Sending you hugs!Pattienoreply@blogger.com
