There are too many "diet" that you lose and then 6 months later, you know how it goes - the weight is back. I'm trying to think of a no gain week as a good thing. <br />Thank you so much for posting your meals. I just bought Braggs and had it tonight with spinach, edamane, broccoli - its was awesome!!<br />I have cut out carbs, added in carbs with high fiber - I have tried everything to drop the last two and NOTHING. I have lost a total of 18# and in reality I could be at the weight I am and be fine - its just a goal # and I'm kinda a determined person.
