Also stick it in the back of the fridge too, or get a cheap styrofoam cooler and put it in the room on ice. That ice last for days. This will be a great test to see what you've learned over the year, and how creative you can be. Just say NO! I second Helen's recommendation to point out that those particular foods are for you. If they are reasonable people, and I'm assuming they are, they'll understand, and actually be encouraging. Remember, they'll be reacting to the new you that they haven't seen yet. That way you won't have to worry about others eating your food. I did this when I spent a week with my sister and her husband. They were fine with it, and that way I had one meal a day that for sure was BFC approved. I did it for breakfast which is the key for me to the the rest of my day. And then I just kind of winged it for all of the other meals during that time. We had a great time and I don't fhink I gained at all. If anything, I lost weight because it was an active vacation.
