Busy...Cleaning-Pizza-Cookies and Lemon Cake...

HI Good Morning,

How are all you doing today? The weather couldn't possible be better over here in southern Cali. During my  afternoon walk with my furry kids around 5ish, I just kept looking around at the beautiful sky and trees and the peacefulness of this area and was just in AWE. If there is a G-D - he kissed the ground over here - for sure.
Thursday Hubby left out of town for one of those driving gigs he gets sometimes between the FD shifts. He won't be back till next weekend and then right back to work again.

I tried to squeeze in mostly all of my chores yesterday so I could get them out of the way and have today with nothing.
Got up, Veeted my legs, then shower, watered all the trees in the back waiting to be planted,
Breakfast (the most important meal of the day), laundry, cleaned the bathrooms, dusted, more laundry,
Gave myself a pedicure...
More laundry, then made myself - pretty much the best pizza EVER for a late lunch!!
This is half of it - and I have the other half for today. I really have the crust down now - its awesome!
I shredded 1 zucchini, 1 egg, shredded cheese bet 1/2-1 cup, 2 oz of cream cheese (melted), 2 big tbsp of almond flour, garlic, red pepper, italian spices....
mix all together and form on parchment paper on a cookie sheet - bake 425 for at least 20 minutes until brown top and bottom. I like my crust brown so (You might need to flip to get more brown)
take out and put toppings (I used low sugar pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, turkey pepperoni)
and then back under the broiler for a few - ENJOY!!

More laundry, I baked some cookies to have something sweet to get me thru the week.
I made these cookies and used more stevia and some cocoa powder

more laundry - OH Yeah - then vacuumed and mopped the house - then we took our walk.

I gotta tell you, even though I was very lonely and I SO wish I had a friend to walk or talk with, My furry kids are the only ones that always want to go with me every day. And yesterday was the BEST day for a walk - so gorgeous view of the trees and mountains.

Came back and ate a spinach salad and then tried this Ice Cream that is sweetened with stevia and erithritol.
I saw it posted online and looked it up, comes in 4 flavors: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry and lemon cake.
It does have 4g of sugar per serving - so be careful of you sugar intake for the day.

When I stopped at Sprouts on the way home on Friday after work, they had some but only chocolate and the LEMON CAKE.

After my salad yesterday I tried it. I have been eating this way now for so long, I CAN control myself and eat out of the container - but DON'T do that if you are new. It was so good, tasted like Lemon Butter Cream. I had to go put it away...

So you know I will be going back to Sprouts looking for the Strawberry flavor now.

This morning I watered the trees in the back - then breakfast...then made a pot of Turkey Chili for me to eat every day while I am alone. I am a creature of habit and have no problem eating the same thing every day all week.

So now my day is free and I will probably go to the movies alone and eat some popcorn (no butter of course) and then sneak into another movie - LOL - why not - who cares anyway. then come home to my furry kids who are always waiting for me smiling, jumping and just loving me all up - then for our walk.

Have a great day - this is PurpleRosy signing off...

Keep on BFC ' n  :-)

  1. It truly is beautiful there and I am happy for you to have such a gorgeous place to walk with your furry friends. I am a creature of habit too, and I like having the same things over and over :) What movie/movies did you see?
