Good Morning People,
Just a quick post - then off to work.
Well ever since I decided to just let all the crap go at work, I must say I feel much better. I was wasting too much of my energy on wondering why they don't like me enough to speak English or why he won't give me 8 hours. I am just grateful to have a job at all. As many of you know I looked for one for a LOOONG time and couldn't get anything because of my age - I came to assume.
So, after 2 whole months, YET AGAIN of no monthly, I woke up this morning seeing RED!! Are you KIDDING me! The same exact thing happened last year. No period after January for 2 months then in March - got it again. REALLY?? Someone is playing a practical joke on this 55 year old Dame!
The weather has been Awesome and after work everyday I take the dogs for a 1-2 miles walk. I really look forward to and love my walks with my furry kidds.
After a good breakfast this morning - I am OFF. Have a great day.
Thus is PurpleRosy Signing off...
Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Hi Rose, glad you are feeling better about work. Just gotta let it go right? Way to go! I have a question for you. When I started BFC on Jan. 3, I weighed 188 lbs. and down to 170.2 this a.m. I am NOT complaining...proud of my success, but I feel like I am stuck on 170 and the scales will not move below that. I weigh everything I put in my mouth and have cut most foods in half of my allotted amount. Drinks tons of water and green tea. I use the Super Seeds in my protein smoothie and eat 1/2 c. chia seed pudding every night...see the results there ( if you know what I mean) so I know I am getting in the great fiber. I go to deep water aerobics 3 days per week for an hour at a time and I walk on most of the other days. I am not one to sit around and moving almost constantly doing something. I do not drink alcohol except for a glass of wine every now and then. I do love my wine! and I track that on my plan. Rarely do I have the total amount of carbs or sugar allowed on the BFC plan. Should I just keep on keeping on or do you have some helpful suggestions???? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on those 18lbs. That is not easy to do.
DeleteWhat do you mean - "weigh everything"?
Maybe you are not eating enough - or not the right foods. When we exercise a lot we need to eat more. Not MORE - just maybe not skip.
Facebook me so we can chat and I will try to help you :-)
I'm glad you are feeling better!
ReplyDeleteYou sound happier!! Sorry about the monthly. Same over here. Go a few months, get excited, then here it comes again!!
ReplyDeletehang in the ladies on that monthly thing...I went just shy of two years and then started spotting...doctor said because I was up and down on my weight..hormones confused. That did it for me ..now this journey is lifestyle..don't want to ever have a monthly issue. Hang in there it'll happen. Rosie I so enjoyed your Youtube channel when I was seeking out Jorge Cruise 100...so now I follow you blog in hopes to pick up some pointers on good belly fat finds.
