Zucchini-Almond Butter Brownies

Ingredients

1 cup almond butter (I used homemade)
1 1/2 cup grated zucchini - (I used 1 medium sized one)
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c xylitol
1/4 c cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
i tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 cup Hershey's sugar free chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Pour into a greased 9×9 baking pan. ( I used 8x8)
4. Bake 25-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Allow to cool completely
