Pizza Roll

Hi All,

You know me - when I see a recipe I feel like it is a challenge to me personally to make it BFC friendly.

I saw a recipe on Facebook for a Pizza Roll that this woman made and it looked very good so I made one using my Almond-coconut flour pizza dough.
I ate mine dipped in some (low sugar) Monte Bene pasta sauce I got at sprouts.

Instructions:

How to make the dough;

1/2 c almond flour
2 tbsp of coconut flour
garlic powder, red pepper, italian spices
1/4-1/2 c of shredded cheese
1 egg, and some warm water (enough to make the dough the right consistency)

Mix all together and form a rectangle on parchment paper.

I sprayed a little Olive oil spray on the dough.

add a little bit of mozzarella cheese
 Jalapenos -DUH - of course
 Turkey pepperonis
 Carefully using the parchment paper to help - roll into a log and place the seam down and transfer to some non-stick foil.
Bake on a cookie sheet in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done.


Slice and enjoy....
