Thursday of week 25: the Belly Fat Cure

You know it's funny, I like to read all the posts on Jorge's fan page on facebook.  Every time Jorge posts about what he is eating, it's always just meat and vegies, cheese and eggs. I don't understand?? He never seems to eat any carbs. How is that possible?? He seems to be at the perfect size and weight. If he keeps eating like that, won't he just keep loosing?? I'm just asking cause I don't want to eat like that for ever. I need to be able to eat at least a few carbs every day.

I shop at Henry's market sometimes near me to get all the healthy foods that you can't get in the regular store. There was a girl that worked there that helped me find all the belly good stuff in the beginning when I started. I see her occasionally in the store. I went in yesterday and saw her. I said "do you remember me? I am doing the Belly Fat Cure. I have lost 50 lbs." She said how good I looked and asked me how I was doing on fiber? She was trying to help me with the constipation problem that we all get doing the BFC. I showed her what I take so she can show others. She said that allot of people come in that are doing the Belly Fat Cure.
I take Metamucil in my morning coffee and Garden of Life / Super Seed in the afternoon between lunch and dinner.

Oh By the By - I am 188 lbs today. THAT"S 50 lbs I've lost in 5 1/2 months.

Thanks for listening. Lots of love to all my BFC friends. Please leave your comments.

My thought for the day: I really miss fruit. How about you?

Keep on BFC ' n :-)

Jorge is doing the Fast Track - its is carbs, but no grain. He is very thin in person I thought too.

  2. Rosalie-Just found your blog today & read thru it all. Congratulations on your success. I know you can get to your goal if you keep at it like you are. I just finished wk 6 on BFC. I lost 7 lbs in the 1st 2 weeks and only 2 more during the last 4 weeks. 9 lbs total. I'm disappointed but not discouraged. I'm at 180 now and would like to get to 135. Look forward to your blogs.
