Friday of week 21: The Belly Fat Cure

Pretty soon it will be 5 months that I have been doing the Belly Fat Cure. I don't know about you, but to me that is a long time to commit to something. And I still have a long way to go. I really want to get back down to 150 lbs.

This morning I got on the scale and I weighed 194 lbs. I know I shouldn't weigh so much, but I just can't help it. I am so anxious to hurry up and loose. I guess I feel that since I am going without all that bad stuff that I used to eat, its OK right now to keep weighing every day.  Well anyway, that's 44 lbs so far.

For the newish people, I don't think you can eat the way I do yet. I have been eating 1 carb with breakfast and 1 with lunch, none with dinner. Just veggies and some kind of meat or fish for dinner and my 2 squares of Lindt 85% dark chocolate after. I always try real hard to be done with dinner by 7pm.

In the beginning I ate all my 6 carbs each day and I still went to bed soooo hungry every night and woke up soooo hungry hungry every morning. But after a little while my body got used to it. Well you have to understand I was used to eating what every I wanted - when ever I wanted. Now I am controlled. And I feel great!

  1. I think that is true advise. It takes awhile to lose the taste for sugar and ppl new to the BFC or low sugar eating may think a lot of what we eat is bitter. I love the Dark Choco too, but I hated it at first!
