Monday Starting Week 15: The Belly Fat Cure

So this morning I woke up and weighed myself: buddum buddum buddum buddum buddum ( that's a drum roll ) I weighed 204lbs. That's 34 lbs down. I can's believe how close I am to 200lbs. I really think that the extra fiber is helping me. I have been eating the same as I always been. Nothing different. I have realized that if I am somewhere else other than home, and there is belly bad food there it doesn't kill me to take 1 bite once in a great while.

I am surprising myself every day that I am doing this and really loosing weight too.

  1. I'm so glad to see you say that you have a bad bite every now and then. I read another BFC blog where the woman said she literally never eats off-plan, and I was like, "How is that possible?!" I can be good most of the time, but I can't be good ALL of the time.
