I think I have been eating really well since I started the BFC. I usually only eat 2 or 3 carbs a day & barely any sugar. But then at dinner I eat some kind of meat or fish & 2 veggies and It throws me off cause the veggies have sugar & carbs. Then I get hungry again a few hours later, so I try to keep busy until I go to bed.
I know! I know! Drink lots of water! urrrr....still hungry :(
My favorite time of the day is when I go for a walk with my 2 dogs: Peaches & Mandy.
They do this thing - it's very funny. When it gets to a certain time of the day.... usually around 4pm.... they just come and sit in front of me and give me this look and stare like they are doing doggie voodoo on me. & they won't go away until I say ok lets go.
I put on my Ipod, & go. I used this app I put on my phone, I have a Motorola Droid. It's called jog tracker. It tracks when you walk or jog & I have been walking fast with the dogs for 1 1/2 miles.
I know - that doesn't sound like alot, but I only went around the corner to get the mail before.
I'm supposed to go to a neighbors party for a b-day today. They always have lots of food & drink & music. I'm gonna try to not cheat.
Still no change in my weight since the first 2 wks. I started bet. 225-230 lbs. I am now 215 lbs. I need to loose a bunch more.

Hi, try upping your carb intake with smart, high fiber carbs. I think that is a big key to this plan!
